Parent support

A space created entirely for you. Not for the parent you think you should be — for the one you actually are, right now, in the middle of it all.

Human to Human -
we wasn't meant to do this alone

Sessions are warm, supportive and completely led by what you need. Some are practical — exploring tools, strategies and ways of understanding your child's inner world and nervous system alongside your own. Others are simply a held space to breathe, feel witnessed and put down some of what you've been carrying.

There is no agenda, no judgement and no expectation that you arrive with it together. Just real human connection. As someone who is also vey real, walking the hard paths and truly in this with you too.

Things we may explore together

Your own nervous system regulation — learning to

resource and restore yourself - parenting can be a

wild ride!

Gentle relational support - focus on strengthening

your relationship with your child, deepening

connection and bringing more ease and joy

Strategies, ideas and approaches to support

understanding and responding to your child's

challenges, emotional behavioural, sensory or

social needs - support navigating loss or

big transitions as a family

Moving through parental burnout, overwhelm,

grief or sustained stress to a more ease,

self trust and family harmony

Raising a deeply feeling, neurodivergent,

or complex needs child - navigating the system with

someone in your corner!
