I'm Laura — a specialist Occupational Therapist, Play & Creative Arts Therapist, Reiki Healer and AromaTouch Practitioner with over 15 years of NHS clinical experience. I'm a solo mumma, a sea glass collector, a forest walker and someone who believes deeply in the power of a belly laugh and a good cry. I love music, dancing and the kind of wisdom that only comes from truly living. I feel genuinely blessed to do this work — to hold space for all of us navigating some of life's most tender and complex moments.
